Terms of Use

1. You need to be at least 18 or older, if that's the legal age where you live — to use our Platform or any of our Services. By jumping in, you're confirming that you've got the legal capacity to enter into agreements like this one, and that any info you share with us is true, accurate, and legit.
2. If you're connecting on behalf of a company, DAO, or any other crew, you're also saying you've got the authority to act for them and bind them to these Terms.

1. Some features on our Platform may ask you to connect a wallet or create an account. If you do, make sure the info you provide is real, current, and yours to share.
2. You're in charge of keeping your credentials, wallet keys, and seed phrases safe along with any permissions you approve on-chain (like signing transactions). If something happens on your account or wallet, it's on you.
3. If you think someone's gotten into your account or something shady is going on, reach out to us ASAP using the contact info below. Don't wait. We're not responsible for lost wallets, stolen keys, misplaced seed phrases, or anything that happens outside our control.
4. Each person is only allowed to create and maintain one account or wallet connection unless we say otherwise. Duplicate accounts may be restricted or closed.
5. Your account and wallet connection are yours and yours alone. You can't transfer, sell, or share access.

1. From time to time, our Platform might link out to other corners of the internet — sites, tools, services, or content run by third parties. We're just pointing you there; we're not vouching for them, endorsing them, or promising they'll work the way you expect.
2. The moment you step outside our ecosystem, you're playing by someone else's rules. We don't control their content, uptime, bugs, practices, or policies and we definitely don't take the blame if something goes sideways. Browse wisely, and always read their terms before diving in.
3. What you choose to do on those platforms is entirely up to you. If you sign up, sign in, transact, or enter into any arrangement with them — that's your call. We're not involved, and we're not responsible if you end up in a bind, lose funds, or face any misfortune as a result of those interactions. So please, stay sharp and read the fine print before you dive in.

1. Some parts of our Platform may let users submit or share User Content. If you post anything, you're confirming it's yours to post and that it doesn't break any laws, violate anyone's rights, or go against these Terms.
2. By contributing User Content, you grant Aurion Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and perform such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform and Services. We don't own your content; we just need these rights to keep things running smoothly — like displaying it properly, storing it securely, or reviewing it for safety.
3. You're fully responsible for anything you submit or share as User Content. By doing so, you confirm that you own it or have the rights to use it — and that it doesn't break any laws or step on anyone else's rights. We don't control, moderate, or endorse what users post, and we're not liable for anything submitted by others. If you come across something offensive, inaccurate, or just plain weird, know that it didn't come from us.
4. We don't actively monitor or moderate all User Content but we reserve the right to review, restrict, block, or remove User Content at our sole discretion — especially if it's unlawful, misleading, spammy, violates these Terms, puts our community at risk, or just not aligned with the energy we're building here.
5. If you post public content, you're also okay with others seeing it, sharing it, remixing it (depending on the license), or responding to it — that's kind of the point of being on a collaborative platform. But again, what they do with your content is out of our hands.

1. Everything that powers our Platform and Services — including the codebase, brand assets, designs, written content, images, logos, data, and all the bits in between — belongs to Aurion Group or our trusted licensors. These assets are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws globally, whether registered, unregistered, or pending registration.
2. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and Services for your personal or internal business purposes — as long as you play by these Terms.
3. Please don't copy, modify, adapt, reproduce, distribute, republish, frame, mirror, translate, or create derivative works from our content, unless we've explicitly said you can (and in writing, not vibes).
4. All trademarks, service marks, and logos on our Platform are owned by Aurion Group or their rightful owners. Using them without permission? Not cool and not allowed.
5. Unless we clearly say otherwise, none of our content is open source, free to remix, or licensed for commercial use. If you're planning to fork, remix, mirror, or repackage anything — just ask first.
6. You also agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices embedded in or associated with the content.

1. Our Platform and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We're not making promises, guarantees, or pinky swears. You access and use everything at your own risk.
2. We make no express or implied warranties — including (but not limited to) those about accuracy, reliability, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
3. Our systems (and yours) may be exposed to bugs, downtime, exploits, or even malicious attacks. Despite best efforts, no system is fully immune to hacks, breaches, or technical vulnerabilities and that includes the Aurion ecosystem.
4. This is emerging, experimental tech. Things may go sideways — smart contracts can fail, integrations might break, and third-party tools can misbehave. That's just part of building at the edge of innovation.
5. Just because someone from our team said something helpful (or inspiring) — whether in person, on a call, in a tweet, or in the docs, it doesn't mean it creates a warranty unless it's written explicitly in these Terms.

By using the Platform or Services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aurion Group, and our directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from or relate to:

1. any breach of these Terms;
2. any false representation or failure to meet eligibility requirements, including age, jurisdictional restrictions, or other eligibility confirmations made under these Terms;
3. any transaction, interaction, or dispute between you and a third party;
4. anything you post, transmit, or upload (User Content or otherwise);
5. any violation of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
6. any infringement of our intellectual property or anyone else's intellectual property, including unauthorized use of Platform content;
7. any unauthorized access, hacking, or compromise of your account, wallet, or Aurion ecosystems caused directly or indirectly by your actions or omissions;
8. any penalties, fines, or fees we incur due to your conduct or transactions;
9. any misuse of our Platform or Services, including dishonesty, fraud, negligence, or non-compliance; or
10. any claim brought against us by a third party as a result of your use of the Platform or Services.

This indemnity applies whether the claim is brought by a user, regulator, third party, or any other entity regardless of the platform, chain, or medium from which it originates.
